When the trigger is pulled the cylinder moves forward to the barrel sealing the normal gas leaks between the barrel and cylinder in a revolver. It Works.
The Caliber is 7.63 Nagant. Expensive and hard to find. However, I was told that the cylinders work well with 32 S&W Long. Also 32 H&R Magnum. I checked with a smith I have faith in (lives in Florida) and he varified that it is safe. I tried it and this old revolver works fine with either. Brass swells slightly.
Arsonal Refinished and look like new. Single and double action. That double action trigger is PP.
